- If you want to order more items, click on continue shopping. If you’re finished shopping? Click on checkout.
- Log into (or create) your personal TRVL DRSS account.
- Check if your personal details are still up-to-date and change if necessary.
- Check your address details too. If you want your order delivered to another address, please add it before confirming your order.
- Check all the items you wish to order are in your Suitcase.
- Pick a method of payment and if requested, fill in your banking details.
- Within a few seconds you will receive an order conformation in your mailbox.
How to place an order on TRVL DRSS?
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders received before 4PM will be sent the same day. Before that time, please give us a call and we will do our best to cancel your order. If your order is already on its way, you can return the item(s) within 14 days. How to do so, is listed here.
Note: We can only adjust the order if the order has not yet been paid and processed yet. Please contact our customer service to see if a change is still possible.
Do I have to spend a minimum amount?
No, there isn’t. You can easily order whatever you wish, without any minimum order amount.
Can I order TRVL DRSS items from any country worldwide?
TRVL DRSS happily travels the world with you. Items can be ordered from and delivered to EU and non-EU destinations. Your personal account provides the option to add another address for delivery (abroad). In case your country is not listed, just contact us via phone or email.
Can I see the status of my order somewhere?
TRVL DRSS makes sure you’re informed on the whereabouts of your order by sending you emails when the order is received, accepted, on its way etc. You can also open your personal account to find out the current status of the order.
